Yesterday evening I purchased this little Billy of ikea painted the back in dark lilac and built it together this morning to have a littlebit more storage and to make my workplace a bit more comfy for the autum/winter season - it got cold over night here - same with my little table and chair...
The ribbon drove me nearly crazy while trying to pimp up the ikea candles, but finally they gave up first!
So whats on your workdesk today, hope a lot of creative project and chaos...

Worth persevering with the ribbon on the candles,it looks so lovely. Get you: buy, paint, assemble..good for you, it would have sat around for a while in this house!

love your studio, barbara. it works so inspiring for me. i'm on the verge of creating my room (perhaps verge is a little optimistic - i may be having my room started by january, let's say), and any space that passes my eye is making me itch. we'll get there, i'm sure. in the meantime, why not play?
