Aber was tun wir? Natürlich machen wir uns ein Bild!
Heraus kommt eine Art älterer Herr, der aussieht wie einer von

Warum aber tun wir das?
Ich glaube, daß wir die Welt besser begreifen, wenn wir sie anfassen und "begreifen" können
und wenn wir Dinge sozusagen "schwarz auf weiß" vor uns sehen können.
Wir wollen die Welt verstehen und tun das unter anderem über Bilder.
But why do we do that?
I guess that we understand the world better when we touch them and "grasp"
and when we can see things literally "black on white" in front of us.
We want to understand the world and do that among others through images.
Bilder erleichtern uns auch an etwas zu erinnern, unseren
Urlaub, wie wir waren als wir noch klein waren, die erste Liebe usw.
Dabei wird das Bild/Image manchmal wirklicher als die Wirklichkeit.
Images help us also to remember, our holiday,
we as we were when we were young, first love, etc.
The image is sometimes more real than reality.
Durch das Internet und smart phones ist die Bilderflut explodiert.
Kein aktuelles Ereignis, Naturkatastrophe, daß nicht irgend jemand als Bild festhält und
meistens dann gleich um den Globus schickt.

Ein Bild spricht unser Bedürfnis nach Inspiration, Schönheit und Emotionen
an und ist auch weit weniger anstrengend, als lange Texte zu lesen.

Aber es hat manchmal auch wirklich Vorteile alles hochzuladen. Als mir
Ende Mai meine Handtasche gestohlen wurde mit Smart phone, Kamera und
Skizzenbuch, war ich froh, daß ich sie auf Instagram hochgeladen habe, denn
da kann ich sie mir immer noch angucken, wenn auch das Original für mich verloren ist.
