Muster-Mittwoch - pattern-wednesday

Das Septemberthema: Früchte und Gemüse beim Muster-Mittwoch bei Michaela.

Diesmal: alles nur geklaut! 

Früher habe ich in der Kunsthalle immer die Stillleben bewundert, 
der Realismus, die samtige Oberfläche von den Pfirsichen, 
der mehlige Belag auf den Weintrauben, winzige kleine und genaue Insekten, Wassertropfen, die wie echt aussehen und ich habe mich immer nur gefragt:

"Wie machen die das?"

The September issue: Fruits and vegetables pattern wednesday at Michaelas.
This time: all just stolen!

In the past I have always admired the still life in the museum,
the realism, the velvety surface of the peaches,
the floury coating on the grapes, tiny little  and accurate insects, 
drops of water that look like the real thing and I've only ever asked me:
"How do they do that?" 

Deshalb heute eine Hommage ans klassische Stillleben, 
die meisten Motive stammen von Rachel Ruysch, George Flegel und ?

Das ganze neu vermustert und Ausschnitte gewählt, um die Detailtreue einfach noch

mal mehr in den Fokus zu stellen. Ist das nicht der Wahnsinn? 

Therefore, today a homage to classic still life
most motifs were of Rachel Ruysch, George Flegel and ?
The whole new patterned and selected details just to focus more on
the beauty of it.  Isn't that amazing?

Muster-Mittwoch - pattern-wednesday

Bei Michaela darf wieder gemustert werden, aber eigentlich durfte es das die

ganze Zeit, bloß ich habe mich zwecks Sommerpause enthalten.  Aber genau

deshalb habe ich darauf wieder richtig Lust bekommen. Das Thema für September

sind Früchte und Gemüse was jahreszeitlich ja auch perfekt paßt.

At Michaelas' its allowed to pattern again, in fact it was allowed
all the time, merely I abstained in order to summer break. But exactly
therefore I was absolutely keen on do it again. The theme for September
are fruits and vegetables which seasonal indeed fits perfectly.

Ich habe mich für den Spätsommer für Weintrauben und Brombeeren entschieden.

Ich esse sie nicht nur gern, ich liebe die Farben auch sehr, wobei ich diesmal

bloß im Brombeerbereich geblieben bin und für alle die auf grün hoffen, sie 

vielleicht aufs nächste mal vertrösten muß.

Das ganze zusammengesetzt ergibt eine hübsche Tapete, finde ich.

I decided for the indian summer for grapes and blackberries.
I not only like to eat them, but also love the colors very much, and I this time
have remained only in blackberry tone and for all those who hoped for green,
may have to put off to next time.

The whole assembled gives a lovely wallpaper, I think.

Tatsächlich ist es aber eine kleine bemalte Leinwand, auf die 

ich mit weißem Marker (Posca)  gezeichnet habe. 

In fact, it is a small painted canvas on which
I drew with white markers (Posca).

Muster-Mittwoch - pattern wednesday

Letzte Woche habe ich ja fälschlicherweise gedacht, 

das Thema für den Juli sei Angelköder. Falsch!

Michaela hat uns freies Geleit gegeben für jede Art 

von Muster, Ferienmuster eben.

Also macht doch was ihr wollt!

Diesmal habe ich das Thema Geometrie und Kreis 

noch mal aufgegriffen und mit Farben und Fitzeln 

von meinen Collagen gemischt und dann gings rund.

Wie Lichtpunkte die einem vor Augen tanzen,

wenn man zulange in den Himmel guckt. 

Oder hat es was mit Fußball zu tun?

YEAH!

Last week I've mistakenly thought
the theme for July was fishing lures. Wrong!
Michaela has given us safe passage for each type
of patterns, holiday patterns precisely.
So just do what you want!

This time I have again taken up the issue of geometry  

and circles  mixed with colors and bits and pieces
of my collages and then round we went.
As light dots dancing in front of an eye,
if one looks too long in the sky.
Or has it something to do with football?
YEAH!

Bei Michaels Muster-Mittwoch ist heute das letzte Mal das Thema WETTER angesagt,

kein leichtest Thema wie ich auch finde und spontan habe ich das Gefühl, dass

mir dazu auch gar nichts einfällt. ABER, wenn ich mir meine Collagen von letztem

Jahr so angucke, dann gibt es dort sehr wohl viele Bezüge zum Wetter!

On Michaelas pattern-wednesday today the last time with the theme WEATHER,

not an easy theme I find and sponaousely I have the feeling, that

I don't have any idea about it. BUT, if I'm looking through my last years

Collages, I realize there are a lot of references to the weather! 

Zum einem gibt es da SCHÖNES Wetter:

For example FINE weather:

 

oder SCHNEE zu Ostern (wie gesagt letztes Jahr)

or SNOW for eastern (as I said last year)

 

oder aber REGEN, z.T. sintflutartig, dass man wohl eher von 

"Land unter" sprechen konnte: 

or RAIN, or sometimes more flood 

so that you could speak more of "land under"

 

und gar nicht witzig, die furchtbaren Überschwemmungen der Flüsse z.B. in Halle:

und ein warmes SOMMER-GEWITTER darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen:

und STÜRMISCHES Wetter:

und richtig STURM, hier "Christian" (wo einiges durch die Luft flog):

 und "XAVER", besonders übel für die Nordseeküste und Halligen:

und natürlich viel zu warmes Wetter vor Weihnachten:

Muster-Mittwoch 74

Heute ist wieder Muster-Mittwoch bei Michaela 

und bei mir heißt diesmal

das Motto "Eulen nicht heulen".

Diese sagenhaftige Schrift habe ich hier

gefunden und es wird mit Sicherheit nicht die letzte

sein, die ich dort runterlade. Unbedingt mal

vorbeischauen!

Wer hätte gedacht, dass es soviele geniale Schriften gibt?

Today is pattern-wednesday at Michaela's again
and for me the motto this time is "Owls not howls."

und schon nimmt der Musterwahnsinn seinen Lauf.
