dc PATTERN + new method!

Hello and welcome to this weeks drawing challenge with the theme PATTERN.
I like to show you one of my large paintings from 2006.

Opening Tonight Exhibition Galerie Artlantis, Bad Homburg

Hello dear friends, sorry for the lack of posting, but as you might imagine I had a whole lot to do. It was really hard work, finishing paintings and smaller mixed media works and pack, transport, arrange and hang and I exhibit with another artist Andreas Elliesen, who is doing glas-objects and you have to consider both works. (We needed 2 days for arranging and hanging!)
BUT I'm really happy how it looks finally, I think it's great.

It would be sooo cool, if you could be all with me, I'm sure we had a lot of fun and chatting, drinking champagne... instead a few sneak peaks about the exhibition. So you'll be the first who see what the others have to wait until tonight 8 p.m.
I hope you'll get a little impression how it looks like, it isn't easy to shoot the rooms, especially with my small camera...

Finally, I want to thank you all for your nice comments lateley, I could'nt answer for lack of time.
I hope you'll have a nice weekend.
I certainly will, I don't have to do anything, only relaxe, sleeping in, sitting in a café or so and I'm really happy about it.
While I was rotating, blogland has turned further and there is a lot to catch up this weekend.

Sketchbook P A N I C !!!

I discovered that I have only a little time left for my sketchbook for Arthouse.
AND I discovered that I have MANY pages to go, until it's filled. Eek!
I think if I could do 3 or 4 pages a day, it could work. Can I make it? I'm not so sure. Help!
NO time for excuses: WORK!

What's with you, any schedules you're falling behind? Arthouse books which still waiting to be filled, forgetten somewhere in the corner?

AND I recived my announcement cards (is this the right name?) for my next exhibition, which is pretty cool, if there wasn't as well the fact that I'm way behind my schedule. Which schedule? I should go and have one (quickly). Argh. Fear.
