christmas season is coming

I feel like every year - the Christmas season comes early and completely by surprise and I am once again not prepared. I love Christmas decoration, but when the time comes to get started with it, I'm tired and not in the mood for it at all. My neighbors left and right have been armed their front yards with christmas deco and lightning (left a bit like Griswolds) and I feel once again behind ...

But after visiting the chocolate factory, yes you heard right, a chocolate factory pretty close to us!!!!, I was able to put up with 2 bags of chocolate break (little damage here and there - for 2,- € only!) a little Nicholas army.

  and for those of you who hates chrismas (deco) 

 

it wont last forever...

 

so do not be stressed out with the Christmas preparations ...

.... or be overwhelmed by all of it

Snow!

Yesterday it starts snowing. I love it. Even if I still drive with sommer wheels - Ughh.
It looks so lovely all white and  fluffy and it's a perfect start for christmas time.  Like always I'm a little behind schedule with my christmas decoration. I hope I can complete it today and start baking some cookies with my son. He loves it.
I thought I shoot a few snapshots before it's melted away. (Seems a bit to warm today.) Mist!

I have to repaint this wall, the orange is really annoying me

1. Advent

This afternoon, we went to a nice little cafè near by. It is very old fashionend, cosy and lovely equipped and decorated and they have yummi homemade cakes!! This was a nice way to start the 1st Advent (without snow - buhuhuh, sniff).
