 Das Thema diese Woche, dass uns die überaus talentierte und ungewöhnliche Nadine aufgegeben hat, hat mich vor einige Schwierigkeiten gestellt, denn mir fällt dazu soviel ein, dass ich kaum wusste, was ich auswählen und wo ich einen Strich ziehen sollte. Hier also eine willkürlich gewählte Auswahl und für alle anderen Sichtweisen findet ihr bei Nadine alle anderen Teilnehmer. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt.

Hi, for those who wonder for my lack of posting.  It's more like what happens between dawn and thunderbirds. I read a couple of days ago, that the universe only exist through changing, the energy has to flow all the time otherwise nothing could exist. I liked that idea and as I discovered through all your posts (which I missed lately) there are changes everywhere. I think its going on the hole year, but at the moment I start appreciate that and being curious about what happens next. At the moment I'm a bit busy with myself, but in a good way - no need to be concerned about me.

I didn't go to any fleamarkets for a long time, but TODAY and I'm very pleased with my finds!

A crumpler photo bag! Ha! And I got the "Fish" book for free.

One week

Eben habe ich gerade mal die Fotos von meinen beiden Kameras auf den Computer geladen, dabei fiel mir auf, dass es eigentlich einen ganz guten Überblick über die Woche gibt (also den Nicht-Arbeitsteil). Wie war Eure Woche so?

What a difference

               Sunday evening             Today noon

We had the most dry spring since over 100 years and extremely sunny. Incredible.
Yesterday it started raining - I woke up during the night and thought what is that noise? It was rain.
(left photos with my old small camera - right with mobile phone - not that you think that Canon is surely the absolute crap)

Saturday

1. Dogschool
2. Looking for a new studio
3. Fleamarket finds
4. New plants for balcony

Our new schedule on saturdays is dog school in the morning (late for gods sake).
Afterwards we were looking for a new studio in an old factory. Didn't I tell, that I have to move here, I have plenty of time though, we've to be out here end of 2012, but sometimes it can be hard to find the right place. So we went to this old machine factory, which is very potential, but needs a lot of make over like isolation, installation, heating and paint... We'll see, what they will do and at what prize. Because I really would love to be in an vintage shabby chic fabric studio, right now its more like a totally worn out rotten chic sort of thing.
In front of the factory was a little flea market and I couldn't resist this bad boy punk duck (no sado-maso, what was my first impression)  and 2 frames all together for 3,- Euros! Ha!
I have to show my duck collection soon.
And I bought a few plants for my balcony. Lately I like succlents a lot and because of lack of rain it seems to be adequate.
