These are wonderful! I have a soft spot for photography from another era...as do many, and I'm always drawn to it in art work - but when you find out it's a photo of a real person in the artists life instead of the unknown- makes for a very different viewing experience.
AntwortenLöschenPS your "doodle" is pretty amazing too!
What a beautiful collage Barbara. Hugs Rita xx 88
AntwortenLöschenboth beautiful Barbara, the photo, the splashes of paint it works and i love it in combination with your doodle, x
AntwortenLöschenso schön. eine großmutterserie?

love it Barbara! Trish #89
AntwortenLöschenI like!!! mano
Your collage & doodle are both great - lovely soft nostalgic colours on the collage & so lovely to use a photo of your Oma & not a random vintage photo - I never really get why people would want to use a strangers photo in their work. Your piece has soul !
AntwortenLöschenSorry to see that you have word verification on - it is very off putting to do battle with it just to leave a comment ! Great to see your art work this week ! Ali #56

AntwortenLöschenWow, that's a cool doodle! I wonder if your grandmother liked bugs? Is there a story behind why you put the beetles with Grandma? Happy days to you. xo Caorle
AntwortenLöschenOh I love this one and didn't comment yesterday as the word verification thingy was on, let's see if I have more luck with it today. BJ#35
